Ingredients:
vetiver - For reassurance, restorative, nourishing, healing for deep emotional pain, soothes anger an irritation. Grounding, calms a racing over active mind bringing clarity and the ability to sit with stillness.
rose - For self compassion. Calming for the nervous system, but also a tonic body and heart. All round hormone balancer, increases feelings of self acceptance. Helps softens inner critical voice and raises a low mood.
peppermint - For vision, quickly uplifts and shifts a stuck mood, awakens and sharpens the mind, eases addictive urges, very cooling. Reduces sluggishness and stagnation in mind and body.
